The Bruff Commons Dining Room promotional video was designed to highlight Tulane University’s commitment to offering a diverse, flexible, and vibrant dining experience that caters to the unique tastes of its student body. By blending the local flavors of New Orleans with international cuisines, the video showcases Tulane’s dining options, including an array of freshly sourced ingredients, dietary accommodations, and culinary innovations led by the executive chef and culinary team. The video was strategically crafted to increase meal plan engagement among students and resulted in 7% voluntary meal plan sales increase. I managed the entire creative direction and production process, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring the visual and narrative elements aligned with the university’s brand and culinary values.
