PROJECT SCOPE

The objective of this project was to transition the traditional printed Provost’s Report into a digital format to enhance its accessibility, usability, and reach. By creating the inaugural digital version, the report serveed as a dynamic recruiting tool and be shared with a wider audience beyond its traditional recipients. The scope included designing and developing an interactive digital platform for hosting the report, incorporating multimedia elements such as videos, infographics, and interactive charts to enhance engagement and convey information effectively. Additionally, measures were implemented to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers, optimizing the user experience for both desktop and mobile users. By embracing digital innovation, the project aimed to elevate the impact of the Provost’s Report and extend its influence as a key resource for recruiting and stakeholder engagement efforts.
