PROJECT SCOPE

The challenge was to create a compelling direct mail piece that resonated across generations, sparking nostalgia and inspiring Loyola alumni to reconnect for Alumni Weekend 2017, all while maintaining a fresh and inviting aesthetic.

Inspired by vintage postcards, the design featured bold typography, a textured background, and archival photography to evoke nostalgia and a deep emotional connection. Classic collegiate aesthetics and warm tones mirrored treasured keepsakes, while inviting copy and seamless RSVP integration encouraged engagement.

This campaign successfully rekindled alumni excitement, leading to increased event registrations and engagement. The design not only served as a practical invitation but also as a sentimental reminder of the alumni’s Loyola journey, strengthening their lifelong connection to the university.
