The objective is to encourage excellent guest service by recognizing two employee groups. The installation is in two connected parts: “Celebrating our
Long-Term Employees,” and “The Year in Dining.” “Celebrating” recognizes each employee’s length of service, demonstrating the importance we place on
growing and developing our team. “Dining” is a visual catalog of employees’ memories of the prior school year, featuring photos and direct quotes. This
presentation literally places our people’s images on a family tree. The design follows the architecture of the building in which it is housed, created to evoke
a community treehouse where everyone is welcome.
